David Shelly

President

Meet David!

David has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the healthcare staffing industry. Prior to founding NurSelect, David spent 20 years as a Chief Operating Officer of two Medical Staffing/Home Care agencies. While in these roles, David was responsible for business development, strategic planning, operations management, compliance, quality management & control, and human resources and human capital management.

David is a military veteran, having proudly served as a Hospital Corpsman(HM3) in the U.S. Navy during the Gulf War.

David is passionate about creating an environment where the needs of his staff and

clients are heard, understood, respected and ultimately met.

Marissa Shelly

Meet Marissa!

Marissa has more than 15 years of leadership experience, eight in the healthcare staffing industry. Prior to starting with NurSelect, Marissa spent seven years with a Medical Staffing and homecare agency overseeing Human Resources and administrative responsibilities such as compliance monitoring, new employee on-boarding, and orientation. In addition to her role with NurSelect,

Marissa is also a PA licensed and ASHA certified Speech-Language Pathologist and a Certified Listening and Spoken Language Specialist (LSL Specialist Auditory-Verbal Educator).

Marissa is passionate about developing strong relationships with clients and team members, with a firm belief that great customer service and strong communication are keys to success!

Kylie Kautz

Meet Kylie!

Kylie has more than 5 years of scheduling & staffing experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to starting with NurSelect, Kylie spent 5 years as a Staffing Coordinator for a long term care facility. In this role, Kylie was responsible for creating staff schedules, confirming scheduled assignments, managing changing schedules, as well as handling some payroll duties.

Tara Sweigart

Meet Tara!

Tara has accumulated more than 13 years of Long-Term Care experience. She began her career in skilled nursing, working as a CNA for 9 years. She found her passion in making it a goal to have everyone she interacted with feel the best they can. While working with the same residents she transitioned into a restorative aide role where she worked for 2 years. In this role I was able to develop even stronger relationships with her residents and was able to continue to work with them to provide them with the skills for their best quality of life. She accepted a leadership role where she worked as an administrative assistant for 2 years, before joining the NurSelect team. Her goal as the Hiring Manager is to find the best fit for my candidates and providing all tools necessary for them to be successful.

Faith Wenrich

LPN & RN Staffing Manager

Meet Faith!

Faith enthusiastically brings 4+ years' experience as a certified nursing assistant to the world of health care recruiting. Prior to her role as a Staffing Manager at NurSelect, Faith worked in the field as a NurSelect CNA where she served many of our great clients. As a CNA, she was responsible for assisting residents with ADLs, life enrichment support, and emotional support. Faith's passion now is helping her LPN & RN team find assignments that they love, and finding her clients great supplemental staff teams.
