  • What is NurSelect?

    According to the American Association of Colleges of Nursing, nursing is the largest healthcare profession in the United States, with more than 3.8 million registered nurses (RNs) across the country. NurSelect helps employ many of these RNs, as well as LPNs and CNAs, in nursing homes, rehabs, and detox centers.   • How much experience do I need?

    Since our clients depend on us to support their needs with experienced aides and nurses, we require 1 year of relevant work experience. 

  • Do you offer orientation at new facilities?

    Yes. The amount of time dedicated for orientation depends on the facility, type of assignment, and experience or comfort level of each employee.

  • What facilities do you staff?

    We pride ourselves in contracting with facilities our staff love working with. Many times our employees are able to secure the time they want working at one or two facilities.

  • What is my pay rate?

    Our rates are highly competitive. In addition to shift differentials, we offer special incentive pay routinely to help cover our more pressing needs. Sign-on bonuses, completion bonuses and referral bonuses are also available at various times throughout the year. 





  • Who do I report to if I have a problem?

    Each employee is assigned a staffing manager dedicated to helping with schedules, assignments, conflict resolution, etc. Senior management and administration is also easily accessible for support.

  • How do I make my schedule?

    You will work closely with your dedicated staffing manager to create a schedule that works for you. Your staffing manager will keep you up-to-date on all needs that fit with your availability. In turn, we ask that you respond back to your staffing manager in a timely fashion since she may be holding that shift for you.

  • Do you hire temp to perm?

    Yes. We know how important it is to both clients and employees to find a good fit. 

  • Do you offer recruiting and direct placement services?

    Yes. We have several CNA, LPN and RN direct placement opportunities available at any given time.

  • Do you have PRN or per diem work available?

    Yes. We have several CNA, LPN and RN PRN or per diem opportunities available at any given time. 

  • Who do you hire?

    We hire experienced, reliable and dedicated CNAs, LPNs and RNs who are committed to providing the best resident and patient care services.

  • Where are you located?

    We serve many local communities in Southeastern Pennsylvania.

  • How often do you pay?

    Our employees get paid on a weekly basis.

  • Do you offer referral bonuses?

    Yes. We believe the best employees are referrals from our own awesome team. We are happy to offer referral bonuses to any current employee who refers a family member or friend to join our team. 





  • How does the hiring process work?
